Returns & Refunds

Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to exchange or refund your purchase. This page tells you all you need to know.


Returning Unused Products -

All goods returned to us must be unused, in its original packaging showing no damage to boxes or packaging and be in a resalable condition

  • You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.
  • When returning unused items please email sales@jamecdirect.co.uk quoting your name and order number, so this can be dealt with swiftly.
  • If you decide to cancel an order that has been delivered and would like us to collect part of, or the whole order, there will be a collection charge of £25. This will be deducted from the refund due to you.
  • A full refund will be granted once the item(s) have been returned to Jamec Direct along with proof of purchase in a new, unused and re-saleable condition and with the original packaging.

Unfortunately – Not all purchased items can be returned or exchanged -

If your product was cut to fit your needs (cut to size, made to measure) for your individual requirements, then we are unable to accept your return. 


Returning Faulty Products -

Complaints or defects connected with deliveries are to be made within fourteen days of receipt of goods by the purchaser. After this period Jamec Direct will consider that the goods have been delivered in accordance with its obligations

If the product you purchased is faulty, or damaged on arrival please notify sales@jamecdirect.com within 14 days with the following information –

  • Please supply your receipt or sales invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Please supply photos or a short video showing the damage.
  • Photos or videos must be clear and showing the item in full and all angles.
  • Photos of any brackets and bolts.

Jamec Direct commitment relating to damaged/faulty products -

  • Jamec Direct shall offer a replacement and dispatch within 3-5 working days.
  • If the product is currently out of stock, we shall offer a similar product within the range.
  • Jamec Direct reviews all faulty/damaged goods to determine whether the fault is a manufacturer issue or incorrect consumer installation.
  • If the damage is shown to be a manufacturer issue, we shall offer a replacement.
  • If the damage is seen to be a consumer installation issue, a replacement will not be offered.

Hose reel warranty exclusions

The hose, rubber o-rings and hose stopper are deemed normal wear items and are not covered under warranty. The warranty does not extend to parts or components affected or damaged by accident, normal wear, misuse, neglect or faulty installation.

Air tools warranty exclusions

The unit must be operated with clean dry air, therefore an air filter and or water trap must be used with this unit to ensure its reliability. Moist air entering this unit will affect the pressure sensors and may cause the electronics to fail. Product warranty will be void if moisture enters the inflator. 


Refunds -

Whilst every effort will be made to process refunds as soon as possible and within the timelines outlined by your statutory rights, during this challenging time there may be instances where our refund process will take longer than usual. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.
